This bill concerns the criteria used by a health insurer to select health care providers to participate in the insurer’s network of providers.
LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITIES 2017
In 2017, I look forward to working to pass legislation on several different issues that I think are of the utmost importance to our state. This includes bills to address the issue of construction defects, creating more ability for Coloradans to own homes. I will also introduce bills to advocate for better practices in women’s healthcare, ensure equal funding for charter schools, and continue the work of the Rebuilding Trust between Community and Police bill package.

Beginning in the 2017-18 budget year, the bill requires a school district to distribute revenue it receives from ongoing local property tax mill levies equally, on a per-student basis, to the school district charter schools.
