This bill creates the State Women’s Veterans Office to ensure Colorado women veterans have equitable access to federal and state veteran’s services and benefits. Women in military and female women veterans face cultural barriers regarding recognition as veterans and access to service and benefits. This also establishes the State Women Veterans Committee.
Establishes an objective 10-factor test that is consistent with current law but addresses the innovation of the on-demand sector and the interests of the individuals providing services. If the factors are satisfied, on-demand platforms would not be considered employers for the purposes of the CECA or CESA.
Concerning measures that affect the development of infrastructure used by alternative fuel motor vehicles. Establishes a process at the PUC whereby a public utility may undertake implementation of an alternative fuel motor vehicle infrastructure program.
